Our office staff is available Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM to answer any questions or assist with scheduling an appointment. If you contact us after business hours or on a weekend, we’ll respond on the next business day.
How will you gain access to my home?
If you will not be home, please leave a key in a secure location and/or provide an alarm code for entry.
What about your pets?
We love pets! If your dog or cat is comfortable, they are free to roam during our visit. However, if a pet shows aggressive behavior, we ask that you secure them while we work.
🚫 Please note: We do not clean up pet urine or feces.
Who provides the cleaning products and equipment?
Emily’s Cleaning provides all cleaning supplies and equipment needed for your home. We use eco-friendly products to ensure the safety of your family, pets, and the environment.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No contract is required! We believe in earning your business with quality service, not contracts.
What if I need to cancel a cleaning?
48-hour notice (business days) required for cancellations before 12 PM to avoid fees.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $75 fee.
If canceling on the same day or if we arrive and cannot access the home, you will be charged half of your regular service fee or $100 (whichever is greater), plus taxes.
📌 Business days are Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
(Example: A Tuesday cleaning must be canceled by the Friday before.)
How do estimates work?
Estimates are based on the information provided online or over the phone and are subject to adjustment upon arrival.
If we determine that the estimated cost needs revision, we will contact you before proceeding.
